Kim Zolciak, the Real Housewives of Atlanta alum, is facing nearly $150,000 in alleged unpaid debt as she deals with the ongoing legal battle surrounding her son, KJ Biermann. According to court documents, Zolciak was sued by Headway Capital in April 2026 for failing to repay a business-use line of credit extended to her defunct company, 8 Busy B's LLC.

The financial company alleges that Zolciak entered into an agreement with them to provide a revolving line of credit, which she subsequently defaulted on. Headway Capital claims it provided Zolciak with a total of $74,983.89 in principal, plus $55,650.14 in accrued interest, as well as additional pre- and post-judgment interest. This brings the amount allegedly owed to $130,634.03, before additional interest.

Court documents also reveal that a Gwinnett County sheriff's deputy served Zolciak at her Georgia home on June 23. A hearing scheduled for August 8 was later canceled, and no new hearing date has been listed. Despite being served, Zolciak has not responded to the lawsuit.

Meanwhile, online records show that Zolciak and her estranged husband, Kroy Biermann, registered 8 Busy B's LLC in Georgia on November 7, 2019. However, the company has since been dissolved. It remains unclear what happened to the funds obtained from the loan.

In addition to the lawsuit filed by Headway Capital, Zolciak is also facing another separate lawsuit over an alleged $16,759.51 credit card debt. An affidavit reveals that a process server has made more than 10 attempts to serve Kim since July 16 at the former home she shared with Kroy. The process server reportedly told security that Kim no longer lives at the property, but left several voicemails without receiving a response.

Zolciak's situation worsened when her son, KJ Biermann, was arrested on August 17. Just days after his arrest, the process server attempted to contact Zolciak again on August 22. It appears that Zolciak's failure to respond to these lawsuits has led to further complications, both financially and personally.

While it is unclear how much of Zolciak's financial struggles are related to her son's legal troubles, one thing is certain: her family's reputation is taking a hit. As fans of the reality TV series continue to follow this unfolding drama, one can't help but wonder what other secrets will be revealed about the inner workings of the Biermann household.
