A judge granted Kim Zolciak-Biermann's 15-year-old son, Kroy "KJ" Biermann Jr., bail on Friday, September 11, setting it at $200,000, according to court documents obtained by Us Weekly. This development comes after KJ was arrested last month in Alpharetta, Georgia, for allegedly committing aggravated sexual assault and aggravated sodomy against an unidentified minor at a public gym earlier this year.

Prior to his arrest, KJ had been remanded to Atlanta's Regional Youth Detention Center. Under the current arrangement, he is required to post bail and adhere to strict conditions. One such condition includes wearing an electronic ankle monitor while on house arrest, with a 24-hour curfew in place, excluding medical appointments and court appearances. The court documentation explicitly states, "You will wear an electronic monitoring device at all times and keep that device charged."

In addition to these restrictions, KJ's bond conditions dictate that he attend high school classes virtually and refrain from posting on social media and using a cell phone. The order stipulates, "You will 'stay off' social media. Internet use will be for school purposes and for counseling purposes, only."
