PK Kemsley Allegedly Failed to Repay $350K Loan, Withdrew $100K

Newly filed court documents in PK Kemsley's divorce battle with estranged wife Dorit Kemsley shed light on the music manager's troubled finances. Aaron Garrett, a certified public accountant hired by Dorit's legal team, alleges that PK borrowed $350,000 in November 2024, which was due to be repaid in November 2025 but appears to have gone unpaid.

Garrett notes that while PK claims he has received loans totaling $821,937, there is no documentation supporting repayment or demonstrating any outstanding obligations. Additionally, the documents show PK withdrew more than $100,000 in cash and spent around $435,000 on travel and dining since leaving the couple's marital home in May 2024.

The accountant's declaration also reveals PK's substantial income, estimating his earnings over the last 24 months at $3,869,620. In contrast, Dorit's annual income stands at $548,970. These figures add weight to the ongoing dispute between PK and Dorit over spousal and child support, as well as their competing interests in their shared marital home.

PK seeks to immediately sell the property, citing concerns about preserving remaining equity; however, Dorit contests this move, warning that it could leave her and their two children without a home.
