RHOC Star Reveals Facelift Results Ahead of 50th Birthday

Alexis Bellino, a Real Housewives of Orange County cast member, recently underwent a facelift and other cosmetic treatments in preparation for her upcoming milestone birthday. According to Us Weekly, Bellino turned to Beverly Hills-based plastic surgeon Dr. John Layke for the procedure, which included a face-lift, brow lift, neck lift, and upper blepharoplasty, along with a CO2 laser treatment to treat fine lines and wrinkles.

Bellino, who is turning 50 in January, cited the influence of two friends who had undergone similar procedures at age 49 as inspiration for her decision. In an interview, she explained, "I kind of feel like learning from people that are older and wiser than me." The reality TV personality reportedly spent seven hours under anesthesia during the surgery.

The aftermath of the operation was grueling, Bellino revealed, describing it as "brutal" in terms of discomfort and pain. Nevertheless, she expressed satisfaction with the results, noting that she now feels more comfortable without wearing makeup outside the house. When asked if this change has affected her self-perception, she simply stated, "If I feel better, then why not?"

Additionally, Bellino mentioned her intention to have her breast implants removed someday, acknowledging regret over undergoing the procedure when she was younger. Her Instagram account featured pre- and post-operative images showcasing her significant improvement, as well as snapshots documenting her recovery process.

Bellino chose to undergo these changes ahead of reaching 50, stating her appreciation for the guidance provided by her mother on aging well. She quoted her deceased parent, claiming they both agreed that their fifties would mark a particularly enjoyable phase of life. As part of this celebration, Bellino opted to refresh her appearance before entering her fifth decade.
