Pinky Cole’s Comments About Her “Gun” Were Cut From RHOA Reunion Amid Tiff With Phaedra
A discussion between Pinky Cole and Phaedra Parks was reportedly edited by Bravo before airing on The Real Housewives of Atlanta reunion.
The edit occurred after a conversation between the two women earlier this season about Pinky's decision to carry a gun for protection. On August 16, Pinky confronted Phaedra, accusing her of going to the network's higher-ups following their disagreement. However, only part of their chat was aired, and the word "gun" was not heard.
According to TMZ, Bravo referred to Pinky's comments about the device as a vague reference instead of explicitly stating what it was. Insiders confirmed that the device in question was indeed a gun, but added that Pinky was never armed during filming.
Phaedra initially responded to Pinky's mention of the weapon with the comment, "This ain't 'The Wire,'" referencing the HBO series based out of Baltimore. Andy Cohen also denied that Phaedra went to Bravo executives to get Pinky in trouble.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta season 17 reunion concludes with part three next Sunday at 8/7c on Bravo.
