Porsha Williams Settles Divorce with Simon Guobadia

Porsha Williams has reached a settlement in her divorce from businessman Simon Guobadia, ending a two-year court battle. As part of the agreement, Porsha will receive a seven-figure payout and retain sole ownership of their jointly owned mansion in Atlanta.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Simon has transferred his interest in the property to Porsha via a quitclaim deed. He has also agreed to pay Porsha $1,568,181.63 from his share of the home's equity and grant her the title to a 2021 Rolls-Royce Ghost.

However, Simon fired back at the settlement, claiming on social media that Porsha had inherited approximately $8 million in debt as part of the marriage. His statement reads: "They Forgot to Mention They Also Inherited $8,000,000 in Debt Still Got to Pay Me … Being Debt-Free Is My Flex."
