Milania Giudice Enrolls in Anger Management Classes Amid Domestic Violence Arrest

Reality TV star Milania Giudice has enrolled in anger management classes following her May 14 domestic violence arrest. Court records indicate that Giudice pleaded not guilty to simple assault charges.

According to court proceedings, the alleged incident took place on May 14 during a domestic dispute. In July, a judge formally charged Giudice with knowingly causing bodily harm to another person, identified only as "LR." Authorities suspect that "LR" may be Giudice's stepfather, Luis Ruelas, but the judge did not confirm this speculation.

Giudice's lawyer, Alan Kraminsky, represented his client at a recent virtual court hearing. He announced that prosecutors would need more time to examine evidence and interview witnesses from the case. As a result, a new hearing date has been scheduled for September 29.

At the hearing, Kraminsky revealed that prosecutors had asked for a continuance to allow Giudice to participate in anger management sessions. This request was granted, setting the stage for further discussions regarding the case.

Following her arrest, Giudice addressed rumors surrounding a leaked mugshot image. She disputed claims that it was an accurate representation of herself, instead attributing its creation to artificial intelligence. Some within her inner circle, however, described the events leading up to the domestic dispute differently. They stated that Giudice engaged in destructive behavior during the argument, throwing objects and acting impulsively.
