Dorit Kemsley Fires Longtime Lawyer Amid Contentious Divorce from PK Kemsley

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Dorit Kemsley has changed attorneys amid her increasingly contentious divorce from PK Kemsley. Attorney Ronald Richards represents PK and claims Dorit has fired her current legal team, replacing attorney Samantha Spector with Julio R. Bardavid.

Bardavid is based in the 818 area, while Spector's firm is located in Century City. Richards states the estranged couple's attorneys still cannot agree on a formal order stemming from their recent court hearing. They also remain at odds over who should be responsible for servicing the debt connected to their Encino home, with PK wanting to advance money only if he chooses and then be reimbursed.

The parties' failure to reach agreement has caused delays in the divorce proceedings. Richards noted that since there was no clear resolution from the prior hearing, some issues were left unresolved. This includes determining how expenses related to the sale of their home will be handled during the process.
