Prosecutor Accuses KJ Biermann of Having Sex With Underage Relative

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann's 15-year-old son KJ Biermann has been accused of having videos depicting sex acts with a child on his phone. These disturbing recordings are said to have been discovered on KJ's mobile device during an ongoing investigation.

On Friday, September 11, KJ appeared in Georgia's Fulton County Superior Court, where he faces seven felony charges stemming from a separate sexual assault allegation involving a female classmate. Judge Melynee Leftridge was set to make a ruling in the bond hearing, but Deputy District Attorney Caitlin McGillicuddy made a shocking accusation that investigators had found multiple encounters on video featuring penetrative sex between KJ and a family member under the age of 12.

This marks the second time KJ has been charged with a serious offense of a sexual nature, which involves female victims. KJ has been under court supervision for the aforementioned charge for approximately 10 months before his recent arrest. Defense attorney Jason Sheffield denied the other charges brought against KJ but chose not to comment directly on the new allegations. At a court hearing, Sheffield emphasized that KJ's detention without bond is a tragedy, adding, "He is not only presumed innocent, but is, in fact, innocent." He also described KJ as "somewhat quiet" and asked for $65,000 bail for his client's release, proposing that Kim would monitor him at home if released.
