Kroy Jagger Biermann Arrested on Claims of Sexual Battery

Fans of Bravo's reality show Don't Be Tardy were shocked yesterday when it was reported that Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann's 15-year-old son, Kroy "KJ" Jagger Biermann, was arrested on claims of sexual battery.

Following the initial report, Kim insisted her son denied "engaging in the conduct" he was accused of and claimed he passed a "polygraph examination regarding these allegations."

In light of this news, past comments made by Kroy's stepsister Ariana Biermann have resurfaced. During an episode of Next Gen NYC star Gia Giudice's podcast Casual Chaos, Ariana discussed her family dynamics amidst their parents' divorce.

Ariana stated that money issues contributed to her family's problems, saying: "Money destroys so many things, so many relationships, and the stress of that.my siblings should never have to think about money, should never have to worry about anything that’s going on … it’s just so horrible, everything."

TMZ obtained court documents detailing a sexual assault case involving a girl who attended school with KJ at North Fulton Hospital. The accuser claimed KJ got handsy after they went into a co-ed sauna together, despite her attempts to tell him "no." According to her account, he then forced her mouth onto his penis and digitally penetrated her vagina.

Kim responded to these allegations in a statement to Us Weekly, saying: "The allegations being made against my son are nothing short of reckless and deeply troubling…He categorically denies ever being involved with this woman or engaging in the conduct she has alleged.My son voluntarily took a polygraph examination regarding these allegations and passed. Additionally, an examination was conducted, and no DNA belonging to my son was found."

Kim emphasized the importance of taking legitimate accusations seriously while cautioning against public condemnation based solely on accusations. "We remain confident that the facts and evidence will establish the truth," she said.
