Court documents reveal police reviewed gym security footage in the alleged sexual battery case involving Kroy Biermann Jr.

According to the documents, officers reviewed the facility's security footage. The video showed the alleged victim arriving at the gym and later spending time with Kroy Jr. in the family changing room area.

Police also spoke with the alleged victim at the station. She told officers that she knew Kroy Jr. and his girlfriend from school. She said Kroy Jr. had previously dated two of her friends and had most recently started dating her best friend.

The alleged victim gave police permission to download data from her phone, but officers were unable to retrieve the information because the phone had a broken USB-C port.

Kroy J.R. remains behind bars following his arrest on Aug. 17.
