Selling Sunset Star Christine Quinn’s Los Angeles Mansion Listed for Nearly $5.5 Million Amid Ongoing Divorce Battle
Christine Quinn, the former Selling Sunset star known for her real estate career and personal life, faces another major development in her ongoing divorce from Christian Dumontet. Their Los Angeles mansion is officially on the market for nearly $5.5 million, marking a new chapter in their bitter legal dispute.
The gated contemporary property, spanning more than 5,000 square feet, features soaring ceilings, custom millwork, Jerusalem stone, marble, and warm walnut finishes. Inside, there is a Miele-equipped kitchen, wood-burning fireplace, Dolby Atmos theater, lounge, arcade, wine cellar, bar, and a fourth ensuite bedroom. Outside, the property includes multiple terraces surrounding an infinity-edge saltwater pool and spa.
Christian had previously asked a judge for exclusive control of the property so he could sell it quickly, arguing that he purchased the home before marrying Quinn and handled the mortgage, taxes, insurance, and upkeep himself. However, the court rejected his request, finding no imminent harm warranting immediate action.
The listing price of $5,495,000 comes as Christian claimed the mansion has been vacant since around September 2025, costing him roughly $27,000 a month. He also said he has spent $30,000 per month on 24-hour security and currently pays $7,500 a month for a caretaker. Christian has been based in France since October 2024 and does not plan to return, making the Los Angeles property an expensive financial burden.
Josh Flagg of Compass now handles the listing.
