Sandra Bullock Dedicates 'Practical Magic 2' to Daughter Laila

Actress Sandra Bullock has dedicated her latest movie, "Practical Magic 2", to her 12-year-old daughter Laila. In a recent interview with Jennifer Aniston, Bullock described the film as a "love letter" to her child, citing Laila's fiery personality and confidence as inspiration.

This marks Bullock's return to the big screen after a four-year break since "The Lost City". She stars alongside Nicole Kidman in the sequel to the 1998 film. Bullock's own experiences as a parent are evident in the project, which she hopes will convey her love and support for her daughter.

Laila was adopted from Louisiana in 2015, while Bullock also has an adopted son, Louis, who came into her life in 2010. Both children have made subtle cameo appearances in the film, unaware of when or where they'll appear.

"This is my love letter to Laila," Bullock said during the interview. "My daughter is very much like Kylie, the character Joey King plays. She thinks nothing can happen to her because she's already survived." Bullock continued, expressing her fears about being unable to protect her daughter: "If I failed, if I don't know how to say the right thing, I apologize. I'm a fearful person. She is not."
