Below Deck Med Star Nathan Gallagher Arrested for Domestic Violence as Gael Files Apprehended Violence Order Against Him, Plus Court Date Revealed
Season 11 of Below Deck Mediterranean is currently airing on Bravo. Throughout the season, star Nathan Gallagher struggled with balancing being the bosun while wanting to spend time with his partner and co-parent, Gael Cameron.
According to reports by Rolling Stone, Nathan was arrested on December 27, 2025, following allegations he assaulted an unnamed 29-year-old woman at an apartment complex near Sydney, Australia. He faces charges of "assault occasioning actual bodily harm, intentionally chok a person without consent, and common assault."
Gael responded by filing an apprehended violence application, similar to a temporary restraining order, which is pending a court review scheduled for September 1. Courts can grant such applications if they find reasonable grounds for someone to fear violence, intimidation, or stalking.
The Daily Mail initially reported on the apprehended violence application, revealing that a court date had been set for September 1. If a court determines there's enough evidence, it may approve the apprehended violence application.
Nathan and Gael share a son, Kayden, born in June 2025. Neither Nathan nor Gael have commented on the situation. Speculation surrounds their relationship status, fueled by Gael's decision to unfollow Nathan on social media.
