RHOBH’s Dorit Kemsley Faces Claim Over Access to Children

Dorit Kemsley is facing another serious allegation from estranged husband PK Kemsley concerning their two children, Jagger and Phoenix. Recent court documents obtained by TMZ show PK claiming that Dorit controls when he gets access to their kids. The accusation arises during their ongoing divorce battle, marked by disputes over money, child support, and custody.

PK's lawyers state in the documents that Dorit "controls when and whether" the children see their father. They also assert that she directs PK to arrange visits directly with the kids, rather than coordinating parenting time himself. Additionally, PK alleges that Dorit denied him time with the children on Father's Day in both 2025 and 2026. He further claims that Dorit sometimes leaves the children with her parents or a nanny, rather than offering him the chance to care for them.

This new claim adds complexity to the contentious divorce proceedings between the ex-couple. Earlier this month, PK's accountant argued that Dorit should pay him child support. In contrast, Dorit previously stated in June that she wanted to co-parent their children peacefully. She also said she hoped to reach a "very fair agreement" with PK. Since then, disagreements over parenting and finances have intensified, shifting significantly towards the courtroom.
