Real Housewives of Beverly Hills (RHOBH) star Dorit Kemsley has accused ex-husband PK Kemsley of damaging her credit with his handling of household finances during their marriage. In new court documents, Kemsley claimed that PK controlled family finances throughout their relationship.

According to the documents, PK treated Kemsley's questions about money as signs of distrust. This led her to stop asking about financial matters and rely solely on him for financial decisions. PK allegedly promised to continue covering household expenses after moving out in 2024, but Kemsley claimed this promise collapsed when she discovered in February 2026 that the gas at their marital home faced disconnection due to non-payment.

Kemsley stated that PK never informed her that he had stopped making payments on other essential services. As a result, unpaid balances accumulated, causing significant arrears. Furthermore, since many of these bills bore her name, her credit took damage from the missed payments.

When PK made a payment to prevent the gas service disconnection, Kemsley claimed he did so without informing her. She alleged that this lack of transparency added to the confusion surrounding their post-separation financial arrangement.

In response to Kemsley's claims, PK reportedly disputed her account of their finances. He contended that Kemsley earned more income through her work on RHOBH and endorsement deals. Additionally, PK denied promising to cover all household expenses indefinitely following his departure from their shared residence.

This dispute highlights the ongoing financial battle between the former couple. The Los Angeles home they once shared is currently being sold due to foreclosure concerns. A judge ordered the property sale in August, requiring PK to maintain mortgage payments until Kemsley vacates the premises. Kemsley will be responsible for covering utilities and past-due utility bills as per the court order.

As their divorce proceedings drag on, the differences in their accounts of their pre- and post-separation financial arrangements have become increasingly apparent. While PK portrays Kemsley as having greater control over household finances, Kemsley insists that PK held the reins and left her oblivious to their money problems.
