Dorit Kemsley Accused of Denying Children Access to Father on Two Consecutive Father’s Days

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Dorit Kemsley's estranged husband, PK Kemsley, is pushing back against his estranged wife's claims in their ongoing divorce battle. Court documents obtained by TMZ reveal that PK responded to Dorit's request for more than $40,000 per month in combined child and spousal support, arguing that the reality star earns more money than he does.

According to the court filing, PK claimed that Dorit controls when and whether the children see their father, alleging she instructs him to schedule time directly with the kids. PK's attorneys argued that this approach is inappropriate, citing examples where Dorit took the children out of state without consent and left them with her parents for weeks without allowing PK to care for them.

The document further alleged that Dorit used access as leverage for money and denied PK time with their children on consecutive Father's Days, keeping them with her parents instead. A similar situation allegedly occurred the following year, prompting PK to claim Dorit posted an Instagram Story labeling him a "deadbeat dad," generating media coverage.

PK also accused Dorit of regularly leaving the children with her nanny or her parents without allowing him to have them in his care. The court filing takes aim at Dorit's recent travel, stating she spent eight weeks in Europe while their children remained with her parents, then traveled to Ghana for a wedding before spending another week in Ibiza. PK argued that he should not be responsible for funding what he characterized as Dorit's "lavish lifestyle" during their divorce and support dispute.
