Polish Reality Star Adrian Szymaniak Dies at 39 After Battling Stage 4 Cancer

Married at First Sight star Adrian Szymaniak has died at 39, one year after being diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. According to his wife Anita's Instagram post, "With great pain we inform that Adrian has passed away."

She added, "In these extremely difficult moments, what matters most to us is silence, closeness and the chance to say goodbye to him among those nearest to him."

The couple met while filming the third season of Married at First Sight and married in 2018. They went on to welcome two children together. Adrian documented his cancer battle on Instagram, writing, "I share my story because I have no other options, but also because I believe it can give someone hope."

This latest loss comes just weeks after the passing of fellow Married at First Sight alum Ryan De Nino.
