Jennifer Pedranti Apologizes for Son’s Involvement in Brush Fire
Real Housewives of Orange County star Jennifer Pedranti, 49, broke her silence on Thursday via her Instagram Story regarding her son's role in a neighborhood brush fire. She clarified rumors surrounding the incident: “I would like to clear up the rumblings of my son having involvement in the Ladera Ranch fire. He and others were involved.”
Pedranti’s statement continued, “My ex-husband and myself take this very serious. This behavior is unacceptable and we are deeply sorry to our community.” Two separate fires had occurred in Ladera Ranch earlier this week, with authorities reporting that one blaze covered just 1.31 acres and another consumed seven acres. Thankfully, neither fire resulted in property damage or injuries.
In an expression of appreciation for first responders, Pedranti said, “Thank you to our community for your support while firefighters worked. We were so thankful there was no property damage and nobody was hurt. The fire and police were absolutely amazing and gave these boys a lesson they will never forget.”
Following the incident, Pedranti announced that her son will enroll in a fire safety course to ensure such mistakes don’t recur. Furthermore, she stated that internal consequences have been established for her child's actions: “There are consequences within our family and we will make sure our son learns from this accident.”
The situation marks yet another challenge faced by Pedranti, who has navigated intense storylines alongside fellow RHOC cast members on Bravo's hit reality series. Meanwhile, her personal life continues as planned, with no definitive timeline set for her upcoming nuptials to fiancé Ryan Boyajian.
