RHOSLC's Angie Katsanevas Teases 'Evolving' Relationships in Season 7, Reveals Her 'Ride-or-Die'

The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star Angie Katsanevas exclusively spoke with Us Weekly about what fans can expect from season 7 of the popular Bravo show. According to Katsanevas, the upcoming season will focus more on deep friendships between the cast members.

"It's going to be amazing," Katsanevas stated. "I think there's a lot of. focus on deep friendships, which is what I believe makes Salt Lake City successful." She continued by explaining that despite previous conflicts and tensions within the group, relationships between cast members have grown stronger over time. "The bond is getting deeper, and I think you feel that growth with time."

Katsanevas noted that as the cast gets to know each other on a deeper level, viewers will see them being their authentic selves. "We're seeing everyone in their truest form," she explained. "I can't really see anyone surprised me, and I think it's because I'm getting to know the women more, how they tick, and how they move. It was a very interesting, unique season."

One aspect of season 7 that Katsanevas hinted at was healing between herself and co-star Lisa Barlow, who previously had strained relationships. Although the exact details of this development were not discussed further, Katsanevas expressed enthusiasm about the evolving dynamic among cast members.

She credits her ride-or-die friend Heather Gay for helping her navigate these changes. "Well, what's cool is she has been my ride-or-die this year, and she will be honest with me, and I will be honest with her, and I love that because true friendship is when you don’t see eye-to-eye, but you can tell each other how you feel and how something might be perceived, and that’s a real friendship to me."

When asked about interviewing Heather on her GoDaddy podcast, Katsanevas praised her fellow cast member as one of the most level-headed individuals on the show. "That's why it was also fun to interview her with GoDaddy. It was pretty cool to hear more of her journey as a business owner."

As for Katsanevas' own career outside of RHOSLC, she credited her upbringing by a hustling father as instilling entrepreneurial spirit within her. "I was raised by a hustler. I was raised by a dad that wore both hats. He never talked to us about work, he just showed us how to do it," she told Us. Her thriving salon businesses attest to this mindset.

This mantra - staying motivated through resilience and hard work - seems to permeate Katsanevas' approach to life, from navigating conflicts on RHOSLC to succeeding as an entrepreneur.
