Hayden Panettiere's Boyfriend Handcuffed After Bar Chaos With Brother

Brian Hickerson, who previously dated actress Hayden Panettiere, was detained after police responded to an altercation at a South Carolina bar. A night out with his brother Zach turned chaotic, eventually putting both men in police custody.

According to TMZ, the incident happened on Saturday at Wild Wing Cafe in Greenville. Details reveal that Brian and Zach had spent several hours drinking together before things escalated. Brian left their table toward the back of the bar and approached other patrons, leading to a heated exchange. Video obtained by TMZ shows part of the confrontation, including Brian allegedly grabbing a stool and throwing it backward.

Police arrived after receiving a report of an assault and found Brian and Zach involved in an altercation with others outside the bar. Brian was placed in handcuffs, but not arrested; instead, he was released later. However, his brother Zach faced a different outcome: he was arrested and taken to jail due to excessive intoxication and yelling profanities, resulting in a disorderly conduct charge.

While officers held him, Brian said, "GPD leaked it when my girlfriend died," apparently referring to Hayden. This statement comes amid an ongoing investigation into her death, which occurred on August 16. Despite no official disclosure of her cause or manner of death, law enforcement sources have confirmed that the DEA is investigating her passing.
