Kelly Dodd Accuses Tamra Judge, Shannon Beador, and Heather Dubrow of Bullying and Harassment on RHOC

Kelly Dodd recently spoke publicly about her tumultuous past on Real Housewives of Orange County (RHOC), accusing fellow cast members Tamra Judge, Shannon Beador, and Heather Dubrow of alleged bullying and harassment.

Dodd revealed that the mistreatment began during her first season on the show when she attended a 1970s-themed party hosted by Beador. At the time, Dodd was still reeling from a recent breakup and was targeted by her castmates. They allegedly used this opportunity to launch a coordinated attack against Dodd, spreading rumors about her personal life.

"It was like torment," Dodd recalled on Hate to Break It to Ya with Jamie Kennedy. "I'm tough, but this was a whole other level of bullying and harassment. It was just a really bad environment."

Dodd claimed that her costars conducted research on her then-fiancé Jeff Caldwell, suggesting he was married and that Dodd was his mistress. She also stated that her castmates came after her aggressively, making her feel vulnerable.

Tamra Judge, Shannon Beador, and Heather Dubrow have yet to respond directly to these allegations. However, in a 2016 interview with Daily Dish, Beador addressed Dodd's comment about her husband David Beador's infidelity. Beador expressed outrage and hurt, stating: "For to make that statement, today, that's about the cruelest thing that somebody could say to me. It really is because nobody deserves to have their spouse cheat on them. Nobody deserves — no matter what happened — nobody deserves that. And for her to say that at my party in front of a group of people, it's just unbelievable to me."

Beador continued, "When it happened, I saw red. I don't even know what I said. I couldn't believe it. And everyone's mouths dropped wide open." The incident left Beador visibly shaken, and she questioned the cruelty of Dodd's actions.

In light of Dodd's accusations, it's unclear how these incidents will impact future episodes of RHOC. One thing is certain – the drama surrounding Dodd's tenure on the show continues to unfold.

As part of her efforts to cope with her traumatic experience on the show, Dodd claims to try to "block out" her memories of her time on RHOC. Whether or not these efforts are successful remains unknown.
