Three Women File Malpractice Lawsuits Against RHOM Star Dr. Lenny Hochstein
Plastic surgeon Dr. Lenny Hochstein faces three new medical malpractice lawsuits, alleging that he failed to provide proper post-operative care for patients undergoing cosmetic surgeries. Court documents claim that each of the three women involved in the lawsuits received differing treatments from Hochstein, leading to various health complications and lasting injuries.
One plaintiff reportedly suffered severe infections and persistent pain after abdominal surgery, while another woman developed deformed breasts after breast augmentation surgery. A third patient claimed repeated incidents of neglectful follow-up care and inadequate treatment for her breast implant problems.
Attorney Jack Cook, who represents the plaintiffs, said in a statement: “These women are seeking monetary damages." He noted that many had accumulated substantial medical expenses, endured extended hospitalizations, and lost income due to their conditions. All three women now carry long-term disabilities as a direct result of Hochstein's treatment, according to Cook.
Hochstein already faced at least one pending malpractice suit; this recent batch brings the total number of active complaints against him in Miami-Dade County to four. His history of settling similar cases in the past suggests no conclusive link between those events and any potential liability on his part. Still, these mounting concerns over his professionalism may severely test his continued licensure to operate a medical practice.
