Season 21 of RHOC: Vicki Gunvalson's Future Remains Uncertain

The Real Housewives of Orange County's landmark 20th season continues to air on Bravo, with speculation about next year's cast swirling. Recent reports claimed Vicki Gunvalson would not return for Season 21, but according to Reality Blurb's exclusive sources, those rumors are unfounded. Insiders confirm that Vicki "is telling the truth" about her intentions, contradicting earlier claims.

Despite some reports suggesting Vicki had decided against returning, insiders indicate that she is indeed hopeful to join the show again if invited back. Her current status was clarified by a statement released during BravoCon 2025: Andy Cohen surprised her with the question, "Vicki, would you join us as a housewife for Season 20?" Since then, there has been no official word on Vicki's decision regarding Season 21.

Vicki's reasoning behind any potential departure stems from her previous experience working on multiple projects simultaneously, including both The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip (UGT) and Season 20 of RHOC. After taking a break from the show for several years, Vicki returned last season in a full-time capacity, something she hadn't done since Season 13.

New developments suggest Vicki may choose to stay connected to the network without committing to another season of RHOC. According to insiders, Bravo and Vicki have reached an agreement allowing her to participate in other activities like Watch What Happens Live (WWHL), BravoCon, and occasional events instead of focusing solely on being a housewife.

Following recent reports, Vicki addressed the situation via social media. While acknowledging the confusion around her future plans, she assured viewers that no final decisions were made before stating, "Well, this is news to me," followed by a joke and a clarification that "no decisions have been made yet."

With RHOC continuing its run weekly on Bravo at 8 p.m. ET, fans remain speculative about what might happen in the near future regarding Vicki's involvement. At present, one aspect is clear – her presence plays a pivotal role in shaping the narrative of the show.
