Pinky Cole Speaks Out Against Claudia Jordan's Pregnancy Tease on RHOA Reunion

Pinky Cole has spoken out against fellow Housewife Claudia Jordan's "right couch" pregnancy teaser ahead of the recent Real Housewives of Atlanta (RHOA) reunion. According to Cole, Jordan's comment sparked speculation among viewers who attempted to guess which expectant mother would sit next to host Andy Cohen.

During Kandi Burruss' "Speak On It", Cole confessed, "She didn’t say my name, but it did bother me. And it bothered me because, girl, you just said ‘the right couch.'" Cole explained that she had hoped to keep her own pregnancy news private until the big reveal, but Jordan's hint undermined those efforts.

Jordan initially commented on the pregnancy in June while discussing the upcoming RHOA reunion. She noted that a pregnant cast member would sit on the right-hand side of Andy Cohen, leading some viewers to speculate. However, since four women – Pinky Cole, Shamea Morton, K. Michelle, and Kelli Potter – shared the same couch during the reunion, the possibilities were limited by the process of elimination.

One candidate, Shamea Morton, later revealed she was expecting a child through surrogacy as part of the show's storyline. This reduced the number of potential candidates further.

Cole also questioned how easily fans deduced her pregnancy from Jordan's clue: “I love a good tease, but damn!” Instead of blaming a castmate, Cole speculated that someone might have noticed her condition and leaked the information without intention.

Ultimately, during Part 1 of the RHOA reunion, Cole confirmed she is due to give birth to her fourth child in December, along with her husband Derrick Hayes. Her main concern was not being named directly, but the ease at which her private news became public knowledge. The timing mattered more than anything else.
