Below Deck Med Star Nathan Gallagher Faces Legal Trouble in Two Countries

Nathan Gallagher, a cast member on Bravo's Below Deck Mediterranean, faces multiple legal issues in Australia and Ireland. The reality TV personality has been accused of domestic violence-related crimes in Australia and has a live bench warrant in Ireland over an assault charge.

Police charged Gallagher with assault occasioning actual bodily harm, intentionally choking a person without consent, and common assault following an alleged domestic violence incident in Sydney's Melrose Park suburb last December. He was initially refused bail but later granted conditional release from the Parramatta Local Court.

A separate case in Ireland involves an alleged assault on a local resident on Main Street in Dungloe, County Donegal, on August 7, 2022. The Irish courts issued a bench warrant for Gallagher's arrest on April 8, 2025, after he failed to appear.

Gallagher shares a child with co-star Gael Cameron, adding another layer to these ongoing cases. His Australian case returns to court on September 1, while details remain unclear on any possible next steps in Ireland.
