Lisa Barlow Discusses Tragic Death of Mary Cosby's Son
The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star Lisa Barlow opened up about her co-star Mary Cosby's son Robert Cosby Jr.'s tragic death during an interview on SiriusXM's Reality Checked.
Robert Cosby Jr., who struggled with addiction for several years, died suddenly in February at the age of 23. His death occurred just days before filming began for Season 7 of RHOSLC.
"I think it was the hardest thing to experience," Barlow said, reflecting on the impact of Robert's passing on the cast. "Having Mary lose her son literally the night before we started filming.Mary's handled things so incredibly well."
Barlow credited Cosby's strength in coping with her loss to her deep faith. "I think when you have such a strong relationship with God, it can get you through anything." She also praised the memorial service for Robert Jr. as a particularly meaningful experience.
In a separate topic, Barlow touched on the dynamics within the cast, hinting that tensions will rise again in the upcoming season. "It's par for course," she said ambiguously. Still, she emphasized her positive outlook, reiterating her commitment to maintaining a forward-thinking approach.
Regarding rumors about a specific cast member, Barlow responded cryptically when asked about Bronwyn Newport's ex, Todd Bradley. "If he was there, I wouldn't pay attention," she said matter-of-factly. "And if he wasn't there, I wouldn't either."
Meanwhile, The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: Roaring 20th continues to air on Bravo, offering insight into the personal and professional lives of its cast members.
