Tom Sandoval Details Alleged 'Tiny Penis' Insult During Altercation With Ex

Former Vanderpump Rules star Tom Sandoval has submitted new allegations against ex-girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson in an ongoing court case involving a restraining order request.

The altercation allegedly occurred in October during a tour stop in Florida, where Sandoval claimed he suffered physical injuries and emotional distress.

TMZ reports that the incident began when Robinson, who had consumed substances beforehand, became aggressive toward Sandoval after his return to the tour bus. According to Sandoval's declaration, she repeatedly kicked him in the groin and shouted "You have a tiny f penis! F* you!"

Sandoval also alleged that Robinson's erratic behavior caused problems throughout the tour, prompting venue security concerns over her alleged substance use backstage. He claimed that she invited fans into restricted areas and shared drugs with them.

In the court filing, Sandoval described how Robinson consistently belittled him and questioned his masculinity, resulting in significant anxiety before his appearance on America's Got Talent in 2025. He further alleged that Robinson threatened to "ruin" his life if he left their troubled relationship.

Their relationship ended after a domestic dispute in June, leading both parties to make accusations of abuse in separate court filings. A temporary domestic violence restraining order was initially granted against Robinson and her father; however, her request for a temporary protective order remains under review.
