Tom Sandoval Accused of Verbal and Physical Abuse
A legal battle between Tom Sandoval and Victoria Lee Robinson's family continues to unfold. According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly, J. Will Robinson has filed a counter restraining order against the Vanderpump Rules alum, citing multiple injuries sustained during an alleged scuffle on June 3.
Will alleges that Sandoval pushed him into a lit fire pit, causing a ruptured disc in his back, a broken thumb, and elbow, and a wound on his heel. Sandoval, however, maintains that Will intervened in an argument over "Tom lying," allegedly swiping at Victoria's phone. Sandoval's account also suggests that he suffered injuries from being attacked by Victoria while trying to protect himself from her father.
In a statement to the court, Sandoval describes the confrontation: " chased me into the bedroom and punched a 12-inch hole in my spare bedroom door where I was barricading myself. I am afraid of and his daughter and request the Court's protection." The dispute centers around an incident in which police arrested Victoria for confronting Sandoval following the alleged fight.
Sandoval initially sought a domestic violence order of protection against the Robinsons, accusing them of verbal and physical abuse. In contrast, Will accused Sandoval of talking about having a gun, although the reality star never actually pulled it. Both parties have submitted photographic evidence of their injuries to the court.
The incident has reportedly led to a split between Sandoval and Victoria, who went public as a couple in 2024 after Sandoval cheated on Ariana Madix with Raquel Leviss. An earlier Us cover story featured Sandoval praising Victoria as a "strong and supportive" partner.
