RHOA Star Kelli Potter Faces Growing Debt

Kelli Potter's financial troubles have escalated, with court documents revealing a defaulted business loan that has grown to $217,301 in unpaid principal plus accumulated interest. According to records obtained by TMZ, ARF Financial sued Kelli and her restaurant, Nana's Chicken-N-Waffles, in 2025 over an unpaid business loan after she reportedly failed to respond to the lawsuit.

The default judgment allows the creditor to pursue seizing bank accounts to recover the debt. Court papers state that Kelli blames her former spouse, Mark Ferrell, for the debt, claiming it was addressed during their divorce proceedings in 2025. However, Mark disputes this claim, saying he should not be responsible for repaying the loan since he had already separated from Kelli before taking out the business loan.

The dispute highlights the ongoing financial difficulties faced by Kelli, whose marriage to Mark lasted 11 years and produced three daughters. Mark operates several successful businesses, including restaurants and a record label, which contrasts with Keli's current financial woes.

With no clear resolution in sight, one key development remains unknown: whether ARF Financial will successfully seize any of Kelli's assets or if other parties become embroiled in the case.
