Reality TV personality Kim Zolciak was seen dining in Palm Beach, Florida, on Wednesday with her younger son Kash Biermann and boyfriend Kyle Mowitz. The outing came shortly after the arrest of her 15-year-old son Kroy "KJ" Jagger Biermann Jr. on August 17.

Court documents detail an alleged incident at a Life Time fitness center on April 23 involving KJ and a female classmate. According to these documents, KJ faces charges of aggravated sodomy and aggravated sexual battery. He has been held without bond since his arrest and is scheduled to appear in court again on September 1.
