Leah Remini has joined the cast of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 16, according to Bravo confirmation earlier today. In response, Remini shared a link to news coverage on her social media, writing, "It's true!"

This development follows weeks of speculation surrounding new additions to the show. Some cast members, including Leah Remini, began filming earlier this summer. Other cast members celebrated Bozoma Saint John-Watson's wedding in Ghana recently, according to Us Weekly.

Remini is familiar with unscripted TV, having hosted, produced, and edited A&E's docuseries Scientology and the Aftermath from 2016 to 2019. The show highlighted high-profile cases against the Church of Scientology, including Remini's departure from the organization.

Meanwhile, Tracy Tutor announced her involvement with the series last week on Instagram. Tutor stated, "Well… the secret’s officially out. " She later added that she couldn't be more excited for this next chapter, while acknowledging nerves about potential drama: "Excited? Very. Earlier this year, Amanda Frances had confirmed she would not return for season 16 after one season, saying, "My time on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is complete." Her decision came after a contentious freshman season, marked by conflicts with costars Bozoma and Dorit Kemsley. Frances noted that she chose to join the show despite already having an "already-full life," feeling it was essential to grow further.
