Tom Sandoval’s Restraining Order Against Ex Remains in Effect After Hearing

A hearing took place in California on Thursday, July 16, where an eyewitness observed Victoria Lee Robinson dressed in a black shirt and matching blazer with her hair pulled back into a tight bun. Despite Victoria's presence, neither she nor her father, J. Will Robinson, were required to appear in person due to technical issues with virtual logging-in.

Us Weekly confirms that Sandoval's temporary restraining order remains in effect, continuing to August 13 and August 14. Technical difficulties delayed proceedings for both parties.

The court addressed Victoria's request to retrieve personal belongings from the couple's former residence. Sandoval's attorney offered no objection but wished to consult with his client prior to facilitating access.

Video evidence presented during subsequent hearings is expected, according to Sandoval's lawyer.

Outside the courtroom, a representative spoke on behalf of Victoria: "There are many differing opinions on this case. All Victoria desires is to put this behind her and resume life as normal."
