Caroline Manzo Receives Dire Warning After Blood Tests

Former Real Housewives of New Jersey star Caroline Manzo has revealed she received a shocking diagnosis after a recent round of testing. Despite following a strict fitness regimen and eating carefully, her bloodwork showed signs of a potentially life-threatening condition.

Manzo underwent extensive blood tests, requiring seven or eight vials of blood, which revealed a fatty liver, low Vitamin B levels, and a critical vitamin D deficiency. Her doctors attributed these problems to genetics rather than her current lifestyle.

The 65-year-old reality TV personality initially resisted undergoing thorough medical check-ups due to feeling confident about her overall well-being. In an Instagram post, she reflected on her initial mindset, saying, “In my arrogance, I work out every day. I look great. I feel great. I'm doing everything right." However, when she finally agreed to be tested, the results were alarming.

According to Manzo, her doctors warned her that she was "a heart attack waiting to happen" based on the test results. The former RHONJ alum said she had entered "beast mode," planning to address each identified issue while continuing to share updates with her followers.
