Teresa Giudice’s Daughter Seeks Anger Management Amid Assault Charges
Milania Giudice, the 20-year-old daughter of Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice, has requested more time before her assault trial so she can take anger management classes. The request follows her arrest on May 14 for an alleged domestic violence incident.
In a virtual hearing at the Montville Township Municipal Court on August 12, Milania's attorney, Alan Kraminsky, told the judge that the prosecution needs time to review evidence and interview officers involved in the case. As a result, the court has set September 29 as the date for her next hearing.
The charges against Milania stem from a domestic dispute, during which she allegedly struck someone identified as LR in the head with her fist, causing redness to their forehead. If convicted, she could face up to six months in jail, along with probation and fines exceeding $500.
Police responded to a call about the incident made by Milania's sister, Gabriella Giudice, who said that Milania was acting erratically and damaging property. Authorities found no signs of injury or use of force beyond Milania striking someone in the head.
Milania has not publicly acknowledged any wrongdoing but released a statement addressing a circulating mug shot on June 29. She called it fake and attributed its creation to AI technology.
