Milania Giudice's plea for delay in assault trial sparks questions about potential consequences if she is found guilty or if the trial is delayed.

Giudice appeared virtually before a New Jersey judge on Tuesday, August 11, wearing a black turtleneck with her hair slicked back into a bun. Her attorney requested a delay in the trial to allow Giudice to attend anger management classes following her arrest for domestic violence in May.
