Kim Zolciak's 15-year-old son, Kroy "KJ" Biermann Jr., is facing aggravated sodomy and aggravated sexual assault allegations stemming from an incident at a Lifetime Fitness gym in Georgia on April 23. According to police reports, the alleged victim underwent a medical test which showed no evidence of male DNA belonging to KJ.

The teenager's lawyer, Jason Sheffield, maintains that the accusations are motivated by unwanted advances from the accuser towards KJ in the past. Sheffield also stated that KJ voluntarily submitted to a polygraph examination, which he passed, and provided evidence to the arresting officer that included a passed polygraph by a notable sex offender polygrapher.

Meanwhile, Real Housewives of Miami alum Alexia Nepola's son Peter Rosello, 34, publicly expressed support for KJ via social media. On Friday, August 21, Rosello responded to one of Zolciak's recent Instagram posts with a message saying, "Stay strong lil bro! Trust me.this will all pass before you know it. Blessings to you guys." This gesture comes just four days after KJ's arrest.

Rosello's actions have sparked concern given his own history of controversy. In 2012, he was involved in a case where he pleaded guilty to harassment and assault against an individual. The case occurred when Rosello uploaded a video containing footage of the altercation, as reported by the New York Post.
